1. Who is this course for?
This course is designed for professionals who already work with automotive cybersecurity topics and want to deepen their technical skills in penetration testing and cybersecurity engineering. It’s ideal for cybersecurity specialists, test engineers, ECU developers, and anyone involved in identifying, analysing, or validating cybersecurity weaknesses in vehicle systems.
Participants should have a basic understanding of automotive cybersecurity concepts (for example through EVH Level 1 or equivalent experience), but advanced penetration-testing expertise is not required.
2. What will I learn in this course?
In this course, you will learn how to practically assess and exploit vulnerabilities in automotive ECUs using professional penetration-testing methods. You will gain hands-on experience with real attack techniques through guided exercises on a dedicated mock-ECU, allowing you to safely practice hacking scenarios in a controlled environment.
You will also deepen your understanding of cybersecurity engineering principles, learn how penetration testing fits into the automotive development process, and build the skills needed to identify weaknesses, validate cybersecurity measures, and contribute effectively to securing vehicle systems.
